alass the problem was not so fun. Turns out that a plastic cap for shampoo or something washed down the drain years ago, and someday the wall will have to be removed to get to the cap.

arent there bits to stop shower-cap sized objects being washed down the plug...?

The cap for a shampoo bottle, hun. (although that still sounds a little too big to wash down a plughole...)

well there where bits to stop it, however those bits were removed because of hair clogs years ago. I'm a bit skeptical about how I missed a whole shampoo cap down the drain, but it would explain a lot.

okay, this is how i know my final project is sapping my strength... usually I go to bed about half midnight and wake up at eight, but last night i passed out at eleven and couldn't get up till ten this morning... eleven hours of sleep is ridiculous for me....

ask a friend to give you a back rub. I can sleep for 12 hours if I'm really stressed or sick or something!

Well, one of the people I tickled was Rob, who I could not feel more platonically towards...and one of them was a girl...but the other one was a hot economist from Amersham (who I also talked to about My Little Ponies and unicorns). ;D

Holy crap, is anyone else watching "God's Next Army"? There's a college in the US training fundamentalist Christians up to go into politics. It's scary... Edit: I've watched it all and I'm thoroughly terrified. All the people are like George Bush, but *smart*
