Or the dramatic scene at the end...
Townspeople: YOU CAN DO IT, BECKY! Tim: You're going to fall off, you know.

Yeah, I heard about that. Another nail in the coffin for freedom of expression.

I wonder if constant shilling would come under the list of offences? If so, Stu might as well just turn himself in now...

Oh, I'm only really scary when it's my family that's pissing me off. I don't get really nasty with my friends because...well, you're my friends and don't piss me off except once in a blue moon (and also because I worry that I'd scare people off completely)

what happens if we 'annoy' someone in america? We have no such law here so we aren't breaking it but the person being annoyed has the law? This is what confuses me about laws on the internet as each country has different laws but people could be following their own laws but breaking the laws of another country, but people from another country maybe offended in someway? I no longer have any idea whta i am saying?

there arent any laws on the internet they are international law and whether people adhere to them is their own business (they=countries) and there is no way to enforce it and no i have know idea what you're babbling in some way. You cant really offend them becuase they can choose to think that you are so insignificant that you dont bother them becuase they are powerful anyway.

There must be some laws that apply...if someone from a country where the age of consent was, say, twelve, set up a porn site featuring thirteen and fourteen year olds, and someone from this country was caught downloading from it, the person downloading would be pretty much fucked.

no there are no laws taht are internationally enforcable, if everyone agrees that a law is being broken then there will be something done about it, but if they dont then nothing will happen, its the problem with anarchial international society im afraid. Mostly it takes a lot fo effort to enforce international laws. As far as it goes, our laws apply in our country and in no other....although there is such a thing as EU aresst warrants which means that if you do something wrong here and flee to another country where what you did wasnt a crime they will still extrodite you.
