Although when someone says "you can park on that hill in normal weather. but if its icy, your doomed", you don't need a license to tell that friction's at work. Or not, as the case may be.

Well last time i was in the car with him parking on that hill, i had to get out before he could take his foot of the brake. handbrake wasnt sufficient. So with the added problem of ice, i'd say friction isnt sufficient.

this taxi driver was sliding down the hill backwards outside my house......he he hilarious, althouh not if he had slid down it into the mini car park...

Of course I'm not saying friction is sufficient on its own...but on a hill with or without ice, it is the variable at work.

that was a while ago and id like to point out i wasnt parking i was tryiong to escape froma parking space to take my car to the garage to fix the exhaust altho yes the carpark girls do exist ¬_¬
