Come on RLS peeps! I am sure you guys can at least drop me a line! No one is ever online, and there are no more random emails. This saddens me!

* I no longer have access to MSN Messenger. Thus is life with crappy Unis that don't let you hook up your own computer to their network. At all. No, not even if I had a laptop.
* A Random Email will be on its way as soon as I have finished writing the corresponding LoS2 episode to accompany it.
* Final Fantasy 9 eh Stu? I hope you named the little dude in the hat Skip (there's always got to be a character called Skip damnit!)

[glow=maroon,2,300] Final Fantasy IX rules! [/glow]
Though I never finished the game coz the last disc has buggered up and sucks. Does anyone have a Japanese version of FF9 last disc? Can I borrow it?
The soundtrack of FF9 is pretty good too... Tim you should have a listen... another Japanese soundtrack on that but then not as good as Suteki Da Ne (obviously)

"Does anyone have a Japanese version of FF9 last disc"...WHY would we have a foreign version that we were unable to read? Hmm?
Besides, technically I don't have a copy myself either. It's Watson's, and I just haven't given it back yet...lol.
Plus isn't the soundtrack on FF9 just standard computer game music? I mean it is a PS1 game, so I wouldn't expect anything else...

No I don't know why I have a foreign version of FF9 too.. maybe its because I am a criminal and bought a pirate copy. But I kinda got the storyline... ish. Using my limited Japanese.. well only reading the Chinese characters but I got the gist. I am so tired at uni. I wanted to write a random email to everyone but then prob no one can be arsed to read it so I might as well not waste time. So I decide to sit down and do some work. How sad. But then I do have formal hall 2moro!! Great! How is everyone doing in uni then? I think we should make this an update page for everyone at uni... so quick 'post-it' notes so I know what everyone is doing!!

Then again the problem with that idea is the fact that none of us have enough stuff of interest going on day by day to put it up like this. Well, I know I don't. Better to save it all up for a little while and put it in a random email, that's what I say.
I mean, come on, if I posted up here what I'd done today, it would go along the lines of: "went to lecture at 12 - the most pointless lecture of all by far since I failed to find anything worth taking notes on during the entire 2 hours. Then I wandered around for a bit, before going back to my halls, where I watched TV this evening."
...whoopie. Much more of that and we'll all be banging our heads against nearby pieces of furniture as we witness the phenomenon of other people's boredom being compounded on top of our own. Random emails just seem to have a way of making things seem more interesting than they are in forum posts. Possibly something to do with the blue background we just don't know - the results aren't back from the labs until next week. And yes by that statement you can presume that we actually would be arsed to read your random emails. Let's face it any email that isn't offering mortgage deals/pornography/discounts on electronic peripherials that I didn't even know existed - has got to be a good thing. Unless of course you were intending to include any of those subjects in your email, it is a perculiar world in which we live.
Perhaps because I have played the English version of FF9 I actually understand more of the storyline than you do. Even if I have not yet had to motivation to play it enough to get further than the first disc. Hey, I'm a busy man. I have other computer games that warrent my attention.
Actually I did do something vaguely of note today in that I bought the DVD of Battle Royale, being quite possibly the best film to watch in a large group provided that you are all suitably desensitized to violence. I've only watched part of it so far this evening, but already we've got Potlid and Binoculars (what we named them - who can remember all those Japanese names?), as well as Rambo and Mad Max, and the girl who I think is Psycho Yellow Jumpsuit Girl, even if she hasn't got her yellow jumpsuit yet. I still have much to look forward to though, including Idiot Horny Guy (tries it on with psycho yellow jumpsuit girl), and John Goss (because he knows how to use computers). But yes, great film. Majorly fucked up of course, but that's the Japanese for you. It's worth it for the instruction video at the beginning alone.
See what you've done now, I've wasted a good chunk of potential RE material. Luckily no-one goes on this site anymore, so they won't notice...
