(Because the General Area was getting crowded.)
So Young Justice eh? That odd kid's show about DC Comic heroes from another world that took the name from beloved Peter Allen Davis comics? That show with sometimes questionable animation and needless filler? Well it happens to be one of my favourites, unfortunately because the action is pretty fun, the characters are interesting, and Aqualad needs more screen time.
So how about Green Lantern? That other odd kid's show about DC Comic heroes that may tie in with that Live Action Green Lantern movie that most people don't really want to remember? With it's many female Pink Lanterns and Ms. Fanservice AI robot? Well it also is another one of my favourite shows, possibly because of its...romance subplot and Green Lanterns clearly are quite awesome.
Anyway. Both shows started airing around the same time and have now been happily announced canceled from further seasons! While I know neither were 100% perfect from the start, I do still really like them.
So even if you've never heard of these two series, what do you do when you know your favourite shows are about to be canceled after their season and will likely never be picked up again?

It's all in the plan. You watch and become a fan. Then it gets the can. It's the way they play. They want to see your dismay when they ruin your day.
(Sorry.)
I actually watched Deadman Wonderland a little while back and then realized it kinda ended without really being done.

The original forming of Young Justice called JLA: A World Without Grown-Ups was the first superhero comic I ever bought. I got the trade paperback in horrible condition from my library for 50 cents when I was really young. (I liked the show Teen Titans at the time, and I bought it because Robin was on the cover.) After Teen Titans I stopped with DC stuff almost entirely and got really into Marvel. When my cousin convinced me to watch Young Justice, I was absolutely blown away. It got me back into getting some DC comics and have watched the show religiously since part-way through season 1. Season 2 is neat, but season 1 is the best-executed season of a superhero cartoon I've come across. Great animation, relatable characters, episodes that could be standalone but always, always arc towards the greater story, I have very few complaints. I am very sad to see it go, and I'd just like to add that the new style for Teen Titans makes me want to barf and punch DC executives.
My favorite live-action show is Chuck, and I was happy to see it go because Season 5 wasn't that good, and it needed to end. Next season Dexter will be ending, and I feel like it will be complete. When a show like Young Justice ends so soon when there is so much potential, that really sucks. Wolverine and the X-Men was the worst example of this, it ended so nicely then threw a 10-second FUCK YOU to all the fans and then never got renewed... (The worst part is it was later revealed to be in the same universe as Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and that there were tie-ins planned before it met it's end. Urrrgh.) And now that we're discussing cancelled superhero cartoons, Spectacular Spider-Man is still really great once you get past the first few episodes and the poor action scenes.
But basically I always try and find a new show to love.

So crying seems like a good idea? I know people are suggesting massive letters to Cartoon Network (the network that controls the renewing of the series and stuff), but I'm not holding my breath.
I suppose it's better than letting the series become not-so-good, but I feel like the writers for YJ and GL could still do great things with the characters. The worst to happen would be not tying up all the unfinished plot points. :I
I guess it being replace by Teen Titans and Beware the Batman. While I generally like Batman, I kind like seeing other characters get the spotlight. And Teen Titans, while I was a big fan of the original series in my younger days, we'll have to see how this goes. :I
@zammy: I think Teen Titans might be coming back in it's normal animated version (from its original series); the chibi stuff was just for shorts. I think. I hope.

Uh...Not many? This is like the second shows that I only started liking and then learned that farther seasons were to be canceled within a year.... (The first was Motor city.)
Sometimes I just wish these shows had Korra-level or MLP:fim-level amounts of fans to convince networks to renew more seasons.

Also, here's my current avatar and sig set on the other forum I frequent. It's off of a cool artist's tumblr, if anyone else knows the source could you please post it? I can't remember it for the life of me. It's relevant, and fantastic.

tamagoland.tumblr.com/I think this is the artist you're looking for. I know because I recognized the style among various Young Justice related tags on tumblr. I know I was not happy when the 2nd season of YJ had a timeskip because I was totally fine with all the characters of season 1 (see Zammy's post), but since than the writing has improved. So yeah. Still sad, but really enjoy these last episodes.

Today's episode was AWESOME, and yeah it's gotten a lot better after the initial drop in quality after the timeskip.
