Apparently the character 'Captain Flowers' in episode 50 is played by Ed Robertson from Barenaked Ladies.
Now that is a cool guest appearance.

what does circumvent mean (it probably would be quicker for me to look it up than wait for a response, but i though i'd learn and post more at the same time)

It has 2 meanings:
1) To entrap or overcome by ingenuity OR 2) To avoid or get around
Yes, i got it from a dictionary, but that's because it helps explain it better than i could!

It was the latter definition that I was going for, naturally.

Can I really be bothered?

Emily knows it to be genius, so you have no excuse.

Yeah...it's just that when Stu nags me to do things, my immediate inclination is to do the opposite.

Yeah, but he won't listen. He'd just make bizarre hand signals at you...

Episode 52, and the three episodes of crazy and highly entertaining time travelling madness come to an end.
I particularly liked the way that during all of those episodes, absolutely nothing that you had already seen was changed. These guys have a great grasp of temporal mechanics - as summed up by Church at the end:
Church: "I learned a very valuable lesson in my travels Tucker. No matter how bad things might seem..." Caboose: "They could be worse." Church: "Nope. No matter how bad they seem, they can't be any better, they can't be any worse. Because that's the way things fucking are and you'd better get used to it nancy. Quit yer bitchin'."

damit how much longer till season 4 i want more. And the strangerhood is both crap and severely lacking in any effort being made towards new episodes.

There is usually a gap of several months between different series. You just happened to be exposed to RvB about six weeks before series 3 began... >_>
