Given, how a about a handful of Tomgeeks forum goers are bound to appear with the soon-to-be-recent closure of our forum, why not put an introduction thread for us here to maybe introduce ourselves. I'm clemon. A few years back I did a truly silly webcomic about some un-silly characters with super powers. Nowadays, I like sketching story ideas for my next unfunny webcomic and being nitpicky about everything. In real life, I'm a 4th-year undergraduate student doing a bachelor of science with combined honours in computer science (co-op) and math, which is a lot less impressive than it sounds. My favourite colour is red, my favourite food is pizza, and my favourite animals are kitty cats.

I'm Fuin... from Tom Geeks, but originally more specifically from the Fey Winds section of tom geeks... I stuck around because the other members were all sorts of awesome.
I'm old. and out of school entirely (I graduated 5 years ago now from University...gods) I am a tattoo artist now having decided my University skills were rendered almost useless for 2 years with the stock market crash... Currently I am looking to open my own shop, so currently my time is being dedicated to that and writing out the script and drawing my own webcomic finally. (to the loathing of the poor people that do art trades with me I don't have it up yet)

Hello, I'm Tea, I've been at Tomgeeks since it first began but recently I've been lurking more than posting.
I'm a graduate of Classical Studies and currently looking for a job doing anything that is even vaguely related to my degree, no luck so far but what I really want is to be an author and I'm currently editing my manuscript.
I like horse riding, reading, looking at pictures of cats on the internet and obsessive research.

/waves I'm elczenius (el-chen-ee-us), alternatively elczy or elcy for short.
Uh... bit of a Japanophile, anime/manga fan, writer, wannabe webcomic-er and gamer. Annd...I don't really have much else to say...other then hello. xD Yay! \o/

I was Night Mare over on Tomgeeks. (Name change because I'm Mare of Night almost everywhere else.)
I'm a third year information technology student. (My university talks in harry potter years instead of freshman/sophomore/etc because so many majors take five years.) Learning how to program. Also databases. Databases everywhere.
My big project lately is planning and researching for a massive A Tale of Two Cities fanfiction that keeps wavering between serial novel, webcomic and epistolary novel. I don't even know what I'm doing XD But as a side effect, I know a lot about 18th century France now.

I'm Zamisk, the charming charlatan. I'm of the male variety, and am but a wee lad. (I graduate high school this year...) I wasn't the most active member on Tomgeeks, but I get a lot of help on my art from various wiser members, so thanks for that, I guess.
Anyways, I like long walks on the beach, doing dishes, and lying through my teeth. I used to run a daily journal comic, which got fairly popular around my high school and such, which made me stop pretty quickly afterwords. I'm currently working on a short comic about pizza deliverers in a zombie apocalypse and I have a superhero comic planned out for when I am done that.
Edit: And I'm certainly not falling for the cookie thing here, too.

The old tomgeeks forum was madly in need of a quick reply for the entirety of its existence. So ironically I'm gonna not use it now.
...Oh. Well I guess I could intro myself as well, but I think everyone here, new and old, already knows me.
Another IT guy with some minor training on the video game making. Did some work on Flash and a bit of web-dev stuff in a former life. I obsessively read up on the latest (desktop) computer hardware, but mostly keep that sort of talk to myself unless people ask. It is rare anyone would understand anything I'd have to say about any of that so I'll stick to webcomics and stuff here as I rather like those too.

I found out about the moving just in time! Thanks Clemon for thinking about telling me because I was out till February ! So introduction...? Fine, I'll make one this time round. I just finished my second year as an anthropology student (it's actually kind of the third, but well... let's leave it at that) who also takes some animation classes on weekends. Right now, I'm not doing any of those things because I just came back from my vacations to Chile and I should really go take a bath instead of hanging with the computer. I like to come to the forums to complain about impending exams or to talk happy nonsense, especially if it's related to cats. Also, yay, cookies! Nomnomnom!

For instance, I'm 6'6" and i own entirely too many comic books. Recently I watched all 7 seasons of Dexter in 2 1/2 weeks. Various people I kind of know always tell me I remind them of Scott Pilgrim. Uh, what else. Oh. I'm going to like, marry Ellen Page. So, dibs.
That was all the interesting stuff I could come up with on short notice.

Whoa. I didn't realize you were 6'6"! I don't talk to many tall people (mostly because I don't know many), and when I do, I always have to look up a lot. (I'm 5'2" btw) Soff: You made it! I remember thinking "Oh dear! Soff's in a surprise when she returns from her trip".
